We take pride in the quality of our products. Each tote bag and poster is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our standards.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund.

  • Lost Packages: In the rare event that your package is lost, we will assist you in contacting the carrier and work to find a solution.

  • Other Issues: If something isn’t right with your order, please reach out to us and we’ll make it right.

 

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

  • Return Period: You have the right to return non-custom items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging.

  • Custom or Made-to-Order Items: Unfortunately, these items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
