All orders are prepared and packaged with care in our studio in the south of France.

Processing time is typically 1–3 business days.

Custom or made-to-order items may require a little extra time—if so, we will contact you directly.

We ship across Europe using reliable postal and courier services.

Mondial Relay or Colissimo (Choice at check-out)

Estimated delivery times:

  • France: 2–5 business days
  • European Union: 3–10 business days

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

All items are sent with tracked shipping for your peace of mind.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

We cannot predict these charges, and delays caused by customs are outside our control.


Packaging

We take great care to package your items safely:

  • Posters are shipped in sturdy tubes.
  • Tote bags are shipped flat in protective eco-friendly packaging.

We use recyclable materials whenever possible.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package seems delayed, please contact us.

While shipping delays can happen, we will always do our best to assist you in locating your parcel.

A package is considered lost only after the postal service officially confirms it.
